Hi there! My name is Zachary Hines. I am a soon to be college graduate, working toward my degree in Intercultural Studies. This means that I enjoy learning about all cultures, how they relate to one another, and how to best approach interaction and dialogue within different social structures and religions. I plan on using my training in this field to (eventually/hopefully) do full-time missions work.
I am primarily interested in exploration, observation and then engagement with new people, places, things and ideas. As this process occurs I enjoy capturing and then commenting about the journey along the way… Hence the blog.
I’m a thinker and am curious about the world. I am in pursuit of truth and try to fight against fallacy, even if that means destroying some of my own conclusions.
Photography is one of my favorite hobbies, and most likely one of my most useful ones as well. Seeing is only part of believing… As such, I use photography to perhaps link the head to the heart- using my heart to understand what my eyes are seeing.
